Pablo Henríquez Palma was born in Chillán (Chile), hometown of important Chilean artists. He grew up in Concepción and studied at the French school Alliance Francaise, "Lycée Charles de Gaulle". After finishing high school, he studied Media Studies, showing a great interest in the areas of camera, lighting and photography.

In 2001 he moved to Santiago to work in Film, collaborating in different advertising production companies. Afterwards, he worked on Marcelo Ferrari´s film, "Sub Terra" (2002), and in 2003 he travelled to Barcelona, Spain, where he specialized on Cinematography and Cameraman at the Film school "Centre d' Estudis Cinematogràphics de Catalunya (CECC).

When he finished with his studies, he collaborated in the filming of the European super-production, "Perfume: The Story of a Murderer", directed by Tim Tykver and produced by the renowned German producer, Bernard Eichinger. He´s was also part of the staff of Diaz Wichmann Photography Studio, where he discovered his interest in professional photography.

In 2007, he returned to Chile and settled down in Santiago, where he worked on his third film called "El Desorejao", directed by Sebastián Alarcón. At the same time, he participated in different areas of film and the audiovisual industry, such as commercials, production services,  television programs, tv series, documentaries, corporative videos, short films and music videos.

In 2009 he decided to start working professionally on another of his greatest passions: photography. Therefore, to keep specializing, he takes a course to obtain a Professional Degree on Post Production in Digital Photography at the Mac Academy. At the same time, he starts developing in all the areas of photography, working specially on fashion, architecture, design, portraits, documentary and landscapes. Now that he has an extensive portfolio, his next goal is to provide important advertising agencies, clients, books and magazines with great images.

Being professional, committed, versatile, organized, fast in responding and hard working are his essential qualities. Also, he has an innate capacity to lead, create or integrate teams of work. He´s always very motivated with the idea of participating in new projects related with film, video or photography.
